Cancellations must be made via email.
We offer full refunds to cancellations made with 2 working days notice.
For example, to receive a refund for a class on a Monday evening, we must receive the cancellation email by the Thursday before by 6.30pm. To receive a refund for a class on a Tuesday morning, we must receive the cancellation email by the Friday at 10.30am.
If we receive a cancellation afterwards, you will not receive a refund.
Unless you can provide us with a replacement immediately, we will offer the space to our waiting list. If we manage to sell the place to our waiting list, we will refund you.
If we have to cancel a masterclass, participants will be issued a full refund.
We no longer issue credit notes.
